Jody and Christina, family and employees: Sept 20th 2014 was an amazing culmination of a dedicated group of business and volunteers that came together to do an Extreme Makeover. Easter Seals Camp Winfield gives disabled children of all ages 6 to 18 an amazing fun filled week of activity that they would not otherwise be able to experience.

One of these companies was Rock Hard Excavating. They arrived with dump trucks, excavators and material and proceeded to install two amazing rock gardens. One at the main gate and one at the bottom of the hill going into our camp. Christina, Jody and family worked 16 hours a day for three days placing large rock, installing underground irrigation, soil, plants and trees in both of these areas. Their imagination and dedication to this beautiful rock garden showed in their experience and skills to turn an otherwise unsightly area into a true thing of beauty. Om behalf of The BC Lions Society for Children With Disabilities and Easter Seals Camp Winfield we want to pass on a big thank you for this kind donation of sweat and some tears of joy from the results.
